The place was fairly clean, I booked the comfort queen room with mountain views, everything was great. The location was marvellous and amazing: it took about 5 minutes to reach the downtown. The restaurant here was pleasant for breakfast.

This hotel provides an excellent base with convenient location: close to train station and dinner options. The spacious and clean rooms are fully equipped with necessary amenities including comfortable beds, television channels in English and excellent Wi-Fi. The daily breakfast is delicious and offers delightful mountain views.

One aspect that could be improved is the sound insulation could be better.

Savoury and good breakfasts for reasonable prices. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the superior queen room, plus a terrace and a sofa set. Great location for our visit to a mountain cable car approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location of this hotel was great, central but peaceful, with a nice little garden and great views if you have a south-facing room. It was a bit of a climb up for about two hundred meters, but it was definitely worth it for the breathtaking view. After a long hike, it was so relaxing to sit and admire the beautiful scenery. The service and staff were fantastic, and the basic amenities in the rooms made for a comfortable and clean stay. I particularly loved that the rooms had a view of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful, with a nice built-in desk and ledges to store things, lots of power outlets, good lighting in the bathroom, a super comfortable bed. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simply delicious! There was a good supply of cereals, breads, pastries, meat, cheese. It was especially excellent for hungry athletes, who were even given a ground floor room after the Swissman that day.

The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to transportation. there were some complementary conveniences that made our stay more comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The towels were not replaced as frequently as we needed, and we were surprised to find out that we had to pay for replacements.

The location, only walking distance from the centre and train station, made transportation easy. Additionally, we were able to find great dinner options at nearby restaurants. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Caprice. Alex, the host, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The spa, location, and breakfast were all amazing. The decor in the hotel was adorable, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had delicious cheeses and breads, and the included spa facilities were great. We loved the large rooms and incredible views from the decks. The staff, especially Alex, were very supportive and made our stay pleasant.

The mountain views from our room were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to them every morning. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The convenience of being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the cozy feel of the hotel and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the decor could use some updating in certain areas. Some of the common areas felt a bit cluttered and cramped.

I recently had an amazing winter break at a hotel in Switzerland. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and ski rental. The rooms were beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and bedding that ensured a restful sleep. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the Eiger. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices including heavenly breads and cheeses. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a lovely garden, adding to its charm.

All was just perfect, I couldn't ask for more.
